Whether you’re a garden lover looking for glorious ferns or you’re on the hunt for recycled fashion and/or vegan delights, there’s plenty on offer. Kicking off the Easter festivities this year is the Wattle St Market on Saturday, March 28.

Located in the heart of Fullarton, the boutique market brings together an eclectic mix of stalls, which include accessories, bags, organic soy candles, towels and linen, handcrafted cards and stationery.

If you’re looking for Easter produce, the Twilight Farmers’ Market at the Adelaide Showgrounds is something to add to the calendar. Start your Easter cooking with an abundance of fresh produce available to buy, whilst a bouncy castle and an Easter egg hunt keeps the kids entertained throughout the day.

Vegan lovers can attend the weekly Market Shed on Holland St on Easter Sunday for all things vegan and organic, and there’s the Good Earth Market happening on the 18th and 19th of April; celebrating all things recycled, upcycled, natural and sustainable. Whether you’re interested in food, clothing, gardening or simply wandering around and having a browse, the South Australian creative and market scene is growing larger every year.

Adding to April’s busy month of homewares and design markets, the bi-annual ABC Gardeners’ Market at ABC’s studio carpark in Collinswood welcomes horticulturists and gardeners alike to view and buy a wide variety of affordable plants and seedlings. Entry is a gold coin donation to support the Legacy Club of Adelaide.

Leaning towards the end of April, the up and coming Stirling Laneways and Market offers visitors a Adelaide Hills take on weekend markets that involves food, wine and fashion. Accessories, craft homewares and plants are also available to purchase, opting for a perfect afternoon amongst the greenery and soulful Adelaide Hills.
