No Bookings Needed: Bistro Dom Announces Spanish Takeaway

Bistro Dom’s rejuvenation continues under Head Chef Luke Southwood with a new takeaway lunch service called .dom cbd set to specialise in quick, but top quality Spanish style plates.

Following from Bistro Dom’s new Head Chef Luke Southwood’s extensive experience with Spanish gastronomy, where food is fresh, flavoursome and happily casual, .dom cbd will bring top quality quick food to lunchtime patrons. “You’ll be able to hold the food with one hand and eat it with the other – just as Spanish tapas is intended,” says Southwood.

West End customers can expect the lunchtime menu to take its inspiration from the same style that gave rise to Bistro Dom’s Iberian dining menu, with the added bonus of local, fresh ingredients in every plate. The menu is said to be “completely unparalleled to any other lunch on-the-go option” and bring a brand new experience to those hungry for a quick, quality lunch.

“There will be traditional Spanish garlic prawns from the Spencer Gulf, an open steak sandwich with prime beef fillet on house made sourdough, fresh South Australian squid with sepia mayonnaise and lemon emulsion and warm quinoa and ocean trout salad,” Southwood explains. The .dom cbd service will run four days a week, Tuesday to Friday from July 15 on Halls Court at the back of the Waymouth Street restaurant, while Dom’s evening dining service continues Tuesday to Saturday every week. bistrodom.com.au
