The Adelaide Review is an independent source of social, cultural and political analysis and review. Each month we deliver a comprehensive balance of local, national and international features, reviews and opinions, encompassing everything from the arts and gastronomy to politics and business. To be eligible We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd year university student who is required to undertake an unpaid vocational placement as part of their studies. What’s on offer? One day a week over a 12-week period, based in Franklin Street Adelaide, starting as soon as possible. (We can be flexible with the day). This opportunity will provide you with hands on experience and exposure in the Media business. You’ll be an active contributor to projects, which will give you the chance to apply your knowledge to working situations. You’ll be guided by the Sales and Marketing Manager and work closely with the whole Adelaide Review team to ensure you gain the most out of your placement with us. What you’ll be working on You’ll be working on various projects including creating reader events, helping with the implementation of new marketing initiatives and our annual Hot 100 South Australian Wines event.
